Walk The Pieterpad
The route has Zelhem as one of its stop/starting points along the route.
Long distance walk The Pieterpad runs from Pieterburen in the head of the province of Groningen to the St. Pietersberg in Maastricht, South Limburg. With a total length of 498 km split in two parts or books. Part 1 Pieterburen-Vorden and part 2 Vorden-St.Pietersberg. The routes can also be viewed digitally. The walk is marked with its typical red and white stripe.
